Selyora – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Selyora, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery you purchase meets the highest standards of quality.Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong items delivered
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
2. Request Procedure
Any refund or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a request, please contact us via:

3. Non-Eligible Items
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear. Jewellery that has been altered, resized, or repaired by anyone other than Selyora. Sale items or promotional offers unless explicitly mentioned.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued only through online payment methods used for the original purchase.
5. Exchange Process
Approved exchanges can be made for the same item (if defective) or an alternative product of equal value. If the exchanged product is of higher value, the difference must be paid before shipping. Exchanges will be shipped within 5–15 business days, depending on events, holidays, and stock availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, except in cases of defective or wrong products. Selyora will cover shipping for exchanges or replacements due to product defects or errors.
