Welcome to Selyora. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Selyora’s website, studios, exhibitions, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using Selyora’s Services, you confirm that: 

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Services under the supervision of a legal guardian.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Products & Services

Selyora offers luxury jewellery products, including limited-edition and curated collections. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are for reference only and may vary slightly due to craftsmanship, lighting, or display settings. Availability of products is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing, Weight, Market Fluctuations & GST

Prices and product weights are indicative and may fluctuate due to changes in raw material costs, precious metal markets, gemstone availability, currency exchange rates, or regulatory factors. A 3% Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be applied to all applicable purchases. This GST rate may be subject to change based on government regulations or amendments. Final pricing, weight, and applicable taxes are confirmed at the time of order confirmation or invoicing. Selyora reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors.

4. Ordering & Acceptance

Orders may be placed through Selyora’s official website, email communication, studio visits, exhibitions, or other authorized channels. An order is deemed accepted only after confirmation by Selyora. Selyora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing errors, or policy violations.

5. Payments

  • Authorized Payment Methods: Payments must be made through authorized payment methods as communicated by Selyora, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and approved digital wallets. Any payment method not explicitly authorized by Selyora will not be accepted. 
  • Secure Transactions:All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Selyora does not store your complete payment information, ensuring that sensitive data such as card numbers or bank details remain secure.
  • Payment Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization. Until payment is confirmed, Selyora reserves the right to hold, modify, or cancel your order.
  • Taxes & Duties: A 3% Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be applied to all applicable purchases. This tax rate may be adjusted in accordance with government regulations, and the applicable GST will be clearly indicated at the time of invoicing. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are
    payable separately. 
  • Refunds & Chargebacks: Any refunds, cancellations, or adjustments to payments are governed by Selyora’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may lead to order cancellation and potential legal action.
  • Currency & Conversion: All payments for purchases are processed in INR. For international transactions, the applicable currency conversion rates and additional bank charges (if any) will be applied at the time of processing. 
  • Delayed or Failed Payments: In the event of payment failure, Selyora reserves the right to cancel or hold the order until payment is successfully completed. Any delays caused by the customer in completing payment may result in delayed delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to logistical, operational, or regulatory reasons. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund requests are governed by Selyora’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Certain products, including limited-edition or special releases, may not be eligible for return or cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, images, and materials associated with Selyora are the exclusive intellectual property of Selyora. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes 
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon Selyora’s intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

  • Selyora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selyora, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Force Majeure

Selyora shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Selyora is registered. Courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over disputes.

14. Modifications to Terms

Selyora reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
