Selyora Shipping & Ordering Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Selyora processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through official channels.
1. Ordering Policy
1.1. Order Placement:
Customers can place orders via email (raghunathjwl@yahoo.com), Selyora website, or official social media platforms. Orders must include product reference, quantity, and contact details.
1.2. Order Confirmation:
Our team will confirm the order within 48 hours.
An invoice will be sent detailing the product description, weight, price, and applicable taxes.
1.3. Payment Policy:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateway as mentioned in the invoice. Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation. A 3% GST is applicable on all orders. This rate may fluctuate as per government regulations.
1.4. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellations are not accepted.

Orders are processed after successful confirmation.
Processing timelines may vary based on availability and operational requirements.
Orders will generally be shipped within 5–15 business days, depending on events, festivals, and public holidays.
2.2. Packaging:
Every order is packed in luxury packaging to ensure safety and presentation quality.
2.3. Shipping Methods & Tracking:
Selyora partners with reliable courier providers. Orders are shipped via insured courier services with tracking available. Insured shipping may be used specifically for high-value jewellery. Customers will receive a tracking ID via email once the order is dispatched.
2.4. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges depend on destination and weight. Charges are communicated at the time of order confirmation or checkout prior to payment.
2.5. Delivery Timelines:
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, regulatory clearances, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Domestic Shipping: Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Domestic deliveries generally take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Shipping: International deliveries vary by country; estimated delivery time will be shared individually.
- Customs: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the customer. Delays due to customs are beyond Selyora's control.
3. Delivery Terms & Responsibilities
3.1. Verification & Risk:
A signature or identification may be required for high-value shipments. Ownership of the product transfers only after full payment and delivery. Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
3.2. Damaged or Missing Shipments:
Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3.3. Address & Information Accuracy:
Deliveries are made to the address provided; incorrect details may result in additional charges. Address changes must be requested before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.
3.4. Force Majeure:
Selyora is not responsible for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
